New Project in Tracy will Add Nearly 800,000 SF to Industrial Market
December 8, 2015
A new industrial project by DCT Industrial Trust that will add nearly 800,000 square feet to the San Joaquin Valley industrial market was recently approved by the City of Tracy. David Haugen, a vice
president with DCT, is excited about the project. He told the the Registry, ““We think that this project is in a great location as it’s close to the I-205 Freeway. This would allow tenants to move their products around on a regional basis. We feel very good about this project and where we are in the market cycle.”
The City of Tracy is home to a number of industrial projects, including Prologis International Park of Commerce, that make it attractive for companies to relocate to the area or expand their businesses in the area. This is another positive example of the City of Tracy and Greater Silicon Valley welcoming businesses.
The project is located at located at 8450 West Arbor Avenue.
